Overview#

The Change PHP Version tool allows you to switch the PHP version used by your website. This can help improve compatibility, performance, and security.

Before changing your PHP version, make sure your website, plugins, themes, and applications support the version you plan to use.

Check Your Current PHP Version#

Your current PHP version is displayed at the top of the page.

To view it:

1. Log in to your hosting control panel.
2. Select your hosting package.
3. Open Change PHP Version.
4. Review the current PHP version displayed on the page.

Change Your PHP Version#

To switch to a different PHP version:

1. Open Change PHP Version.
2. Click the Select PHP Version dropdown menu.
3. Choose the PHP version you want to use.
4. Save your changes.

The new PHP version will be applied to your website shortly.

Before updating your PHP version, it is recommended to:
